Financial Information
Parents are responsible for the fees and tuition of their student. Whereas these fees will not cover the expense of your student being at New Creations Basketball Academy, we ask that you involve yourselves in any fund raising, any work project, and in faithful prayer and support of NCBA.
Fees & Tuition
- Registration: $ 50.00 per student (Non-refundable)
- Book/Tech/Testing Fee: $ 478.00 per student (Non-refundable)
- One Time Traveling Fee: $ 1,000.00 per student
- Uniform Fee: $ 400.00 per student
- Tuition: $ 6,500.00 per school year
Deposit
Due to the many applicants for enrollment in the New Creations Christian Education & Basketball Academy Program, we require a $500.00 non-refundable deposit BEFORE JULY 15 to secure a spot for your student on our basketball team, which applies to the initial entrance costs.

- First Month’s Tuition: $ 650.00 per month (August payment; Room & Board Included)
- $650.00 is due the first of each month for tuition, room & board.
- One Time Traveling Fees: $ 500.00 (1/2 of total traveling costs of $1,000)**
- Uniform Fee: $ 400.00
- Total Enrollment Cost: $2,078.00
*International Students who need an I-20 must pay a non-refundable $200.00 administrative fee, $300.00 fee for transcript interpretation, and $500.00 deposit that may be applied to the above enrollment costs once the student is here.
Tuition is due on the first of each month with the first payment due at enrollment. The last payment will be due before school ends. Tuition for one semester must be paid before the next semester can be started. School records will only be released until the account is paid in full or agreement is reached.
Refund Policy
Registration and book fees are non-refundable.
Tuition is only refunded based on the following:
- 50% refunded if withdrawn during the first two weeks of the semester
- 25% refunded if withdrawn during weeks three-four weeks of the semester
- 0% refunded if withdrawn after four weeks into the semester
Refund Policy for Veterans or Eligible Persons
A refund of the unused portion of tuition, fees, and other charges will be made to veterans or eligible persons who fail to enter or fail to complete the course as required by U. S. Department of Veterans Affairs Regulations. The refund will be within ten (10%) percent of an exact pro rata refund. No more than $10.00 of the established registration fee will be retained if a veteran or eligible person fails to enter the course.
